Transfer of Access and Ownership
Upon completion and receipt of final payment, the Developer will provide the Client with the necessary access credentials and documentation required to manage the website.
Ownership of the website design, code, and related assets will transfer to the Client only after full payment has been received.
Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be held responsible for any damages, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or security incidents arising from the use of the website after project completion and sign-off.
The Client assumes full responsibility for website operation, security updates, hosting management, and third-party services after project acceptance unless otherwise covered by a separate support agreement.
Third-Party Services Disclaimer
The website may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, or external platforms. The Developer is not responsible for outages, changes, security issues, or discontinuation of these services.
Warranty Period
The Developer agrees to provide a limited warranty period of 180 days after project completion to address technical issues directly related to the original development work.
This warranty does not cover:
- new feature requests
- content changes
- issues caused by third-party services
- modifications made by the Client or external developers
Modification by Third Parties
If the website code or configuration is modified by the Client or any third party after delivery, the Developer shall not be responsible for any resulting issues, bugs, or security vulnerabilities.
